Fried Crab recipes Flour
Materials:
- 4 soft-shelled crabs (soft shell crab)
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 50 grams of cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten off
- The oil for frying
- 100 grams of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1½ tsp salt
How to make :
- Rinse and soft-shelled crabs, remove the gills.
- Cut into 4 pieces soft-shelled crabs. Set aside.
- Mix garlic, cornstarch, flour, pepper and salt. Stir well.
- Crab dip into the egg, then roll in flour mixture until blended.
- Fry in hot oil until cooked and browned lot.
- Remove and drain.
- Eat with chili sauce or lemon sauce.
