Fried Crab recipes Flour

Materials:



  • 4 soft-shelled crabs (soft shell crab)
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 50 grams of cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten off
  • The oil for frying
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1½ tsp salt

How to make :



  1. Rinse and soft-shelled crabs, remove the gills.
  2. Cut into 4 pieces soft-shelled crabs. Set aside.
  3. Mix garlic, cornstarch, flour, pepper and salt. Stir well.
  4. Crab dip into the egg, then roll in flour mixture until blended.
  5. Fry in hot oil until cooked and browned lot.
  6. Remove and drain.
  7. Eat with chili sauce or lemon sauce.
