Crab curry recipes Pumpkin Leaves

Materials:



  • 3 crabs, cut into 4 parts manjadi
  • 1 bunch pumpkin leaves, wash, cut into pieces
  • 1 liter milk from 1 coconut

Blend:



  • 5 red onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 cm turmeric
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 curly red chilies
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • 1/3 teaspoon cumin

Other Seasonings:



  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 3 cm galangal
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 pieces kandis acid
  • ½ tsp sugar

How to make :



  1. Crab Boil until the meat is cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Saute the ingredients are mashed together with lemongrass and galangal until fragrant.
  3. Add coconut milk, lime leaves and tamarind kandis. Stir until boiling.
  4. Enter boiled crabs and sugar, stirring.
  5. Let the spices soak into the crab meat.
  6. Add the pumpkin, stir until wilted and cooked. Remove and serve.
