Crab curry recipes Pumpkin Leaves
Materials:
- 3 crabs, cut into 4 parts manjadi
- 1 bunch pumpkin leaves, wash, cut into pieces
- 1 liter milk from 1 coconut
Blend:
- 5 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 cm turmeric
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 curly red chilies
- ½ tsp coriander
- 1/3 teaspoon cumin
Other Seasonings:
- 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 3 cm galangal
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 pieces kandis acid
- ½ tsp sugar
How to make :
- Crab Boil until the meat is cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
- Saute the ingredients are mashed together with lemongrass and galangal until fragrant.
- Add coconut milk, lime leaves and tamarind kandis. Stir until boiling.
- Enter boiled crabs and sugar, stirring.
- Let the spices soak into the crab meat.
- Add the pumpkin, stir until wilted and cooked. Remove and serve.
