Mango Crab recipe Kare Young
Materials :
- 2 crabs, boiled, cut into 2 parts, cover with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon gara
- 6 lime leaves
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 2 cm ginger, crushed
- 5 grains clove
- 4 cm cinnamon
- 1 mango manalagi young, shaved
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 500 ml water
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 2 eggs
Softened seasoning :
- 5 large red chilies
- 8 red onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- 5 cm turmeric, fuel
- 3 sweet fennel seeds, toasted
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 tablespoons fine salt
- 2 tbsp coriander, toasted
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 cardamom seeds, puree
How to make :
- Heat oil, saute the ingredients are blended until fragrant. enter the crab, lime leaves, lemongrass, ginger, cloves and cinnamon, and cook until the crab discolored,
- Add water, cook until cooked crab
- Enter the thick coconut milk, and cook until the sauce thickens and greasy.
- Add the beaten eggs and stir well. enter the mango, stir, lift
- Serve warm
