Materials :



  • 2 crabs, boiled, cut into 2 parts, cover with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon gara
  • 6 lime leaves
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed
  • 5 grains clove
  • 4 cm cinnamon
  • 1 mango manalagi young, shaved
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 500 ml water
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 2 eggs

Softened seasoning :



  • 5 large red chilies
  • 8 red onions
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 5 cm turmeric, fuel
  • 3 sweet fennel seeds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons fine salt
  • 2 tbsp coriander, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 cardamom seeds, puree

How to make :



  1. Heat oil, saute the ingredients are blended until fragrant. enter the crab, lime leaves, lemongrass, ginger, cloves and cinnamon, and cook until the crab discolored,
  2. Add water, cook until cooked crab
  3. Enter the thick coconut milk, and cook until the sauce thickens and greasy.
  4. Add the beaten eggs and stir well. enter the mango, stir, lift
  5. Serve warm
