Material:


  • 600 grams of thigh meat goat

  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon of the flavoring, if desired
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 300 cc of water
  • Right amount of oil

How to Make Goat Cooking Recipes Ngohiong:

1. Boil mutton, water, bay leaves, ginger until cooked. Remove and discard the cooking water. Thinly sliced.
