Material:
- 500 grams of chicken breast fillets, diced
- 2 tbsp green curry paste, ready-made
- ¼ 400 cc coconut milk from coconuts
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 red onions, sliced
- 5 pcs round eggplant / tomato, diced
- 3 pcs potatoes, diced
- 3 pcs red chilli, sliced
- 3 lime leaves
- 3 sprigs of basil leaves
- 3 tsp fish sauce
- 2 slices of ginger, sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- Basil leaves to taste, Pull
- Right amount of oil
How to Make Recipes Keaw Wan Kay:
1. Saute the chicken, garlic, onion, ginger, chilli, coriander, pepper.2. Add the green curry paste, coconut milk, lime leaves. Simmer, 15 minutes.
3. Add chicken, eggplant, potatoes. Cook until chicken is tender. Sprinkle the basil leaves, pour the fish sauce. Serve.
